Assisted stretching is a hands-on technique where you (or your reformer) guide your client into a deeper stretch than they could achieve alone - using techniques like PNF to help their nervous system relax into the movement. It's a great way to give your clients more one-to-one attention during group classes, while building your own confidence with hands-on, tactile adjustments.

Assisted Stretch Certificate Course  

I'll be including a selection of the most requested stretches from my clients on both the reformer and mat. We will also cover the principals of Assisted Stretching and PNF stretching. 

No - there is not a certificate for this training. Think of this like a "dip your toe" into assisted stretching. You'll come away with a sound understanding of the principals and some great practical stretches you can implement immediately but we can't cover the depth needed for a certification in 75 min unfortunately.
